Will Stokes

Will Stokes is a shareholder attorney in the regional law firm of Clark, Partington, Hart, Larry, Bond & Stackhouse. He holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Alabama, and a J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law.  Will concentrates his law practice in the areas of land use and zoning, environmental law, and real property litigation.  He regularly represents riparian landowners in beach access litigation, administrative proceedings before local government boards, and other contested land use matters.  Will has served on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Escambia County 4-H Foundation since 2014.  He spends his free time enjoying the unique and abundant natural resources of our community.
